Respected Sir,
                            I passed Vth class last year from your academy in first division. Now I have to seek admission in VIth class in Dehradun as my father's services has been transferred from New Delhi to Dehradun in the month of September this year.

Therefore I have to leave this academy and submit the  transfer certificate in the academy where I shall be admitted further.

Therefore, I request you to kindly issue it to me as earliest as possible.
